What is Greenlisted?
Greenlisted is a user-driven directory of businesses and organizations engaged in environmentally and socially responsible activity. Inspired by Paul Hawken's Ecology of Commerce, Greenlisted's basic premise is "promote good people doing good things."

Why Greenlisted?
Developing an online presence is one of the most difficult things a small business or organization can do. As owners of online businesses ourselves, we found no shortage of perfunctory "pay to list" sites, but virtually no free directories that really afforded us the opportunity to say -why- we do what we do, what we care about and how we do it.

How much does it cost?
Listings are absolutely free, and in exchange we politely request a return link with our nifty logo, which tells everyone who visits your site that you support this project. Each submission is human-reviewed, and edited for style and content where necessary.

Do you offer advertising packages?
We do offer category-specific advertising. The format is text-only, and ads are subject to content approval. Ads begin at $30 per month. Click here for advertising information.

How do I get Greenlisted?
