Since 1972 we, a non-profit organization, have been empowering people all over the world to overcome poverty. Our center features the following: Special events and special guests to help us learn more about the world such as our producer partners in Aceh, Indonesia and others hit by the tsunami. International assistance to begin cooperatives and community based projects. Selling thousands of crafts handmade by the poor around the world and fair trade products such as coffee and chocolate. We also offer job training and assistance to local disabled and unemployed individuals as well as recycling projects.
