The Mail Order Catalog has been selling vegetarian food products and cookbooks since 1983. We are located in the serene rolling hills of south-central Tennessee, along with our sister company, Book Publishing Co., one of the leaders in developing and distributing information on vegetarian diet and nutrition, specifically using soy products.
