Generation is an independent, private, employee-owned partnership established in 2004. With offices in London and Washington, DC, we invest in public global equities with a concentrated portfolio of 30-50 companies. We aim to buy high quality companies at attractive prices that will deliver superior investment returns. Sustainability research plays an important role in forming our views on the quality of the business, the quality of management and valuation. All partners and employees at Generation are invested on the same basis as clients and we prefer to use performance based fees.
